Before I head out Kayaking I always throw 4 bottles of vitamin water in my cooler for the trip and let me tell you, it gets hot out there on the lake. The Florida Sun and humidity are extremely effective at draining the nutrients right out of your body. On the rare occasion that I don’t have my vitaminwater®, I definitely notice a decrease in my physical performance. It takes me more time to paddle my route and I am fatigued much sooner. I have brought other sports drinks with me but I usually just end up feeling thirsty and unsatisfied because of all the sugar that is added to them.  Vitaminwater® has always been my number one choice because it not only helps replenish my electrolytes it also supplies my body with much needed vitamins.

You know, it is sad but there are some people out there that can’t just go out and get a bottle of vitaminwater®. There are some people that don’t even have clean water to drink. Clean water is something most of us take for granted. There are children and even pregnant women whose health is at risk every day because they don’t have access to clean water.
