Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait Recipe
Right now you can buy strawberries from the fresh produce stands for almost nothing so there is not better time than the present to start creating yummy desserts for the family featuring the fruit. We are always looking for different things to do with our strawberries other than the normal Strawberry Shortcake recipe (not that we don’t love that too). Here is something fun to try…it’s tasty too!

A summer favorite in our house…adapted from [url href=”http://tasteofhome.com” target=”_blank”]TasteofHome.com[/url].
Ingredients
- 8oz Package Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- ½ cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- ½ Cup Graham Crackers (about 8 squares)
Instructions
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Use four dessert bowls, alternate layers of cream cheese mixture, berries and graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve immediately. Or you can refrigerate up to 8 hours.
