Sun Yourself in Style: Top Hidden Beaches in Ibiza

When you think of Ibiza, you may think of its party atmosphere, with clubbers galore heading for its shores every summer to sample the world class clubs and household name DJs. If that’s what you think, you may be surprised to know just how versatile this Balearic Island really is, perfect for families as well as party animals and home to some simply irresistible beaches, ideal for sunning yourself on a lazy day.

With cheap Ibiza flights  you can enjoy what the island has to offer for an affordable price. Pack your bikini, beat the crowds and head for one of these hidden beaches that aren’t overcrowded and it will provide you with endless hours of sun, sea and sand.

Cala Tarida is a system of tiny coves, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Its whereabouts are well known with the locals but chances of seeing a hungover clubber are negligible.

Cala Llentrisca

This stretch of beach is often deserted, meaning you will feel like you have found your very own piece of secluded paradise. Take a walk along the timber jetty and sit for a moment, admiring the view, before taking a dip in the azure waters.

Cala Llentia

While it may be a little problematic to get to (best if you have access to a sailing boat), once you arrive on the sands, it’ll be totally worth it. Located on the uninhabited island of Es Vedra, just off the south east coast of Ibiza, if you want a piece of secluded tranquility, you have it here.

Don’t assume that Ibiza is all about the clubs, because it really isn’t. Take the time to discover some of the island’s hidden gems and be pleasantly surprised by what you encounter.
