There are certain aspects of my life that I really value and will often splurge on. I like good coffee. I like getting pedicures. I like good food. I LOVE sleep. I have always been a fan of sleeping. Even though I love sleeping I do maintain a rather hectic calendar and therefore I don’t get nearly as much sleep as I would like. This is pretty normal since most parents are overworked and sleep deprived with hurried schedules and daily responsibilities. When I do finally get to jump in bed I find myself tossing and turning with stress and anxiousness about all the things that yet need to be done. The smallest of things will keep me awake – the television, the dripping faucet, or uncomfortable bed linen. It doesn’t take much.
