Salted Caramel On the Rocks

There is nothing better in the winter than a nice nightcap of Kerrygold Irish Cream.  Whether you have it on the rocks or as a compliment to another liqueur Kerrygold is the perfect blend.  One of my favorite cocktails is the Salted Caramel on the Rocks, but The Gingerbread Cookie Martini is a close second.

Salted Caramel On the Rocks

  • 1 oz. Salted Caramel Vodka
  • 2 oz. Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Milk
  • Caramel

Fill rocks glass with ice cubes. Pour vodka, then Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur, fill with milk and top with whipped cream.  Drizzle with caramel and garnish with salted caramel cookie wafer.


Gingerbread Cookie Martini

  • 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz. milk
  • 3/4 oz. gingerbread syrup

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and shake well.  Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg.
