New Product: Kleenex Hand Towels – 3 tips for Staying Healthy

3 tips for staying healthy

Tip 1: Wash hands often. The recommended time for washing your hands with soap and warm water is 20 seconds.  And when you dry your hands, remember to use a clean, fresh towel like KLEENEX® Hand Towels.

Tip 2: Get enough sleep. We know families these days are super busy, but getting a full night’s rest (8 hours for adults) really helps boost your immune system. Kids 3-5 years old should get between 11 to 13 hours, while kids 6-12 should get about 9 to 11.

Tip 3: Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids, preferably water. After all, our bodies are mostly water, and the ongoing intake of water is essential to our every bodily function. This is a proven way to strengthen your immune system and helps you “flush” your body clean.

    I bought a box of the Kleenex hand towels and I love them. I keep a box right next to the kitchen sink.
