ManCave Social Media’s Melee Mayhem Month 2013 – Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel
Our first weapon in the war on zombies is the Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel. This sawed off and sharped instrument of death is perfect for hacking off heads/limbs and works extremely well as a projectile. As you can see from the pics we upgraded the grip on the handle for maximum effectiveness. A small strip of black duct tape was also included to keep the grip tape from unraveling during combat. Upgrading the grip can increase the amount of force that can be applied when striking and increases throwing range. The sheath can be attached to your belt and has two loops for maximum portability (sold separately). Mobility is important for both slow and fast moving zombies. The compact size of the Cold Steel Special Forces Shovel makes it ideal for close quarters engagements.
