Feel the Love: Living with LBL

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Poise in conjunction with Acorn an influence company and all the #PoiseLinerLove you find here is genuine and honest.

PoiseLinerLove

Not sure if it is age related or if it is because of having children. I do know this when I cough too hard I pee. When I sneeze, I pee. When I wait too long to go potty, I pee. When I’m sick and don’t feel good, I pee.

When I sneeze, I pee. When I wait too long to go potty, I pee. When I’m sick and don’t feel good, I pee.

When I wait too long to go potty, I pee. When I’m sick and don’t feel good, I pee.

When I’m sick and don’t feel good, I pee.

I wear a Poise microliner.

Why  am I sharing this with you? Well, because for so long this has been so HUSH, HUSH. No one ever talked about it. Light Bladder Leakage (LBL) was something you just had to figure out. I know when I first starting having problems I didn’t even know they made incontinence liners and I was using fem care products instead. Big Mistake! The difference between fem care and incontinence absorbency rates is quite noticeable and Poise not only keeps me dry, but it also tackles odor while being discrete and comfortable. Although I purchase mine at Walmart while I shop for everything else on my list, you can also order from Walmart to ship to your home discretely.

Living with LBL hasn’t been an issue for me since I found Poise microliners. They are so discrete that hubby didn’t even realize I was wearing microliners until he found the box months later under the sink. I had a hysterectomy six years ago so he was confused as to why there were “pads” in the bathroom. I just laughed and told him that Poise microliners were “pads” they were liners for incontinence. He said that they were so effective he hadn’t even noticed.

Want to join in the conversation? We are having a Facebook Live event on August 30th at 7pm CST on Amy Bellgardt’s Facebook Page:  https://www.facebook.com/MomSpark/?fref=ts She’s going to talk about all things Poise Liners and Mom life.
