Being Active in 2016 ladieswithpoise

Every year I do whatever I can to keep from setting New Year’s resolutions. For the past 40 years or so I’ve never really had much success at keeping them. I think the last time I succeeded was in 2011 when I promised to quit smoking. This year my promise to myself is to be healthier and to live a healthier lifestyle. For me that includes taking medication, trying to work some sort of exercise into my schedule, to visit my doctor regularly now that I have insurance, and finally to enjoy life.

Being Active in 2016 with Poise Impressa Bladder Supports

I think I can be successful in 2016 with these resolutions because they aren’t so specific that they set me up for failure. Also, since I discovered Poise* Impressa* Bladder Supports the being active part will be a lot easier because I won’t have to worry about embarrassing LBL. One of my biggest problems with being active and exercising was all the jumping and bouncing was just too much for my bladder. The Poise Impressa Bladder Supports takes the worry out of my exercise routine so that I can focus on being healthier.

Let’s face it, who can get in a good exercise when you have to keep your legs crossed the whole time?

Inserted into the vagina like a tampon, Poise Impressa Bladder Supports gently lift, or support, the urethra to help stop unexpected leaks. No more worrying if your pad is going to shift when your on the exercise bike or worse yet yank off your skin when the adhesive gets tangled with all the movement during your workout.  The Poise can keep you worry-free by preventing leaks for up to 8 hours every day.

Poise Exercise with Confidence

2016 is the time to renew your sense of freedom and to gain back that confidence!

This sounds like the perfect solution for those with bladder difficulties. Much better than panty liners. What a great idea.
