Summer Diet Recommendations

Summer is the time of year for shedding your clothes and heading to the beach for some fun in the sun. Obviously, we all want to look our best at the beach or local pool. Unfortunately, many of us have some remaining weight from the holidays. Here are some ways to lose those unwanted pounds and look your best this summer.

Cardio 

Cardio is all about getting your heart rate up and there are many ways that you can do this. You can run, ride your bike or go swimming. All gyms have special cardio machines that you can use. The options are limitless. The great thing about this is that you can do a different cardio exercise every day, so you never get bored doing the same routine.

People sometimes get bored by working out alone, so find someone who likes to work out the same way you do and who can keep up with your pace. This will make your workouts go by much faster, so it won’t seem like so much of a chore. Most importantly, if you make a plan to do some cardio, stick to it and don’t blow it off. Start to Keep a Journal of What You Eat 

Writing down everything that you eat is one of the most important things that you can do to ensure that your diet is a success. If you eat an adequate breakfast in the morning, you will be much less likely to do any grazing during the day. Research has shown that people who do not eat breakfast on a regular basis are more likely to be obese than those who do.

    My opinion is that if a person want to stay fit and healthy then he must follow the cardio program and stick to it regularly.

    Excellent advice. You have to eat breakfast and even if you say you don;t have time, There is always time for a bowl of cereal a least.

  3. Thanks for you great advice so true that when we are on diet we should eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetable, cereal would be perfect.

  4. I definitely agree, so many people have big breakfast, but they are mostly carbs (like pancakes, waffles, etc) and not enough proteins. Those people who are adding a workout to their routine should be consuming at least 60 grams of protein per day and breakfast time should be a prime time to do it 🙂

    I think cardio is the most important. Of course you can not eat pizza all day long but if you do cardio 3 to 4 times a week you can easily eat some pizza and other unhealthy things without Gaining Weight.
