If you are looking for a way to incorporate veggies into your child’s diet without him/her noticing this recipe features four different vegetables that blend together perfectly for those picky little ones! Looking for flexibility? Substitute the tuna with canned chicken!
Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 1 T. chopped celery
- 2 t. chopped dill weed
- 1/2 c. mayo
- black pepper
- sliced American cheese
- sliced red bell pepper
- bread
- Wholly Guacamole (Organic or Spicy)
Directions
Mix in a small bowl the tuna, onion, celery, dill weed, mayo and black pepper. Melt a piece of American cheese on each piece of bread, top with tuna mixture, layer sliced red bell pepper and top with your choice of Wholly Guacamole for a tuna salad that will #RocktheGauc!
