Design Your Own Custom Tand Share Your Message with My Locker

We were recently trying to find a way to get some custom t-shirts made for our Youth Ministry at church.  Unfortunately they were hung up on logo ideas and so the thought of getting custom apparel for the volunteers never quite got off the ground.  Each event we would show up in plain clothes and it was hard for the kids as well as others to tell which of the adults were actually part of the volunteers and which were not.  So I took it upon myself to do some research and to find a place to make your own t-shirt with a few simple steps and at a cost that was affordable for a non-profit church group.  What I found was MyLocker.net.

Not only did MyLocker make it easy to design my own custom t-shirt but they also had custom hoodies, golf polo, fleece, bag or almost any type of custom gear available with hundreds of templates to choose from.  Most products ship within two days and you can design an item in as little as 30 seconds, however I took about 2 hours because there were so many great templates and color choices to choose from I had a hard time deciding which I liked best. I also got a little side tracked looking at shirts for my blog and my company since they have ideas for almost any business, organization, sports team, etc.  I warn you now…plan on losing yourself!  I decided to order shirts next year with our family name for our vacation.  There are so many ideas that popped into my head looking at all they had to offer!

The bonus?  Unlike many other companies there is no minimum number of products you have to order.  So if you need just one or two pieces of personalized gear it’s easily done and if you need several for your school team or organization you can do that too!

We ended up ordering black shirts with lilac and a darker purple with the abbreviation S.T.A.Y (Saint Thomas Aquinas Youth) Catholic with the Ichthys symbol and “Volunteer” on the back.  We are bringing it to church with us later this week to share with the rest of the group so that we can show everyone the great quality.  We are sure it’s going to be a hit!
