Barbecued Pork Chops
This recipe was passed down by my grandmother, Helen Anderson. It can be made with either pork chops, pork ribs, or country style ribs. They come out juicy and tender with a lot of flavor and are sure to be a hit at the table.

They are the next thing I will be serving for dinner. So nice to see something that did not come out of a bottle.
I’ve never been a huge fan of pork but that looks really good and moist. Any time I make pork it’s a rubber dog toy.

I don’t think you could mess this up Cat…the pork was juicy and tender…didn’t even need a knife to cut them.
I haven’t made port chops in ages. The last time I made them, they were dry and tough. I am not good at cooking pork. The nutmeg sounds really nice in the recipe.
As a FoodHistorian, I am extremely intrigued: I have to ask- what type of Ketchup did your grandmother use?
