Thursday’s 1/3 Less Challenge Kick-Off – $25 Giveaway! #BetterForYou

Happy 1/3 Less Thursday!  KRAFT 2% Milk Singles have asked me to be an ambassador for their 1/3 Less Challenge and since my family members are HUGE KRAFT cheese fans I couldn’t refuse.  As part of the campaign I am going to challenge each of you to commit to 1/3 less.  Since we each have our own demons I will let you decide what you will change in your own life.  I am going to participate (but obviously I cannot win) with the 1/3 less challenge and I affirm that I will eat 1/3 less sweets over the next two weeks.

1/3 Less Challenge

 

Like I mentioned – we all have things we need to work on so I will let you decide what is important for you.  Whatever it is that you are willing to do you will have two weeks to do it.

  • Will you eat 1/3 less sweets?
  • Will you sit on your fanny 1/3 less of the time?
  • Will you eat 1/3 less of the food on your plate?
  • Will you pick KRAFT 2% Milk Singles with 1/3 less fat over another brand of cheese?
  • Will you cuss 1/3 less of the time?
  • Will you drive 1/3 less of the time and ride your bike or walk instead?

Next Thursday I will put up a follow-up post to see how you are all doing.  You will be tasked with sharing your achievements to be eligible for the first $25 and the following Thursday we will announce the winner of the first challenge.

So, why are we talking about 1/3 Less?  Well, KRAFT 2% Milk Singles are 1/3 less fat, they have 2.5g of fat per slice compared to 4.5g in the leading process cheese slice. (AKA 1/3 Less)
