Last week we hit the road for our end of the summer SNACKATION road trip and it was a great success. We were fortunate enough to visit three destinations that all had at least mini-fridges so prior to leave we hit Walmart to put together snack options for the week. What we came up with worked out great for our road trip as well as for snacks at the beach and in our room.
Our SNACKATION destination brought us to the beaches of the east coast where we enjoyed homemade Uncrustables with Smucker’s Natural Strawberry Fruit Spread. Although we LOVE the ones we found in the Walmart frozen section, the kids wanted to learn how to make their own. It was fun working together putting our snacks together.
On the journey the Jif To Go Dippers were perfect for the ride. No refrigeration needed and everything in one place. We couldn’t ask for more than the convenience of everything in one place. Finally, our Jif To Go Natural peanut butter went perfectly with fresh celery sticks and a side of raisins to make Ants on a Log, my personal favorite snack ever.
