Spice Up Your Taco Night With Old El Paso®
If you are anything like me you absolutely love tacos! Whether my beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables are wrapped in a flour or corn tortilla or encased in a golden crunchy shell I can be equally satisfied. I would like you to spice up your taco night by converting Old El Paso® Soft Flour Tortillas into your very own semi homemade hard taco shells for an absolutely awesome taco treat!
Step1
Go out to the grocery store and pick up a few pounds of ground beef and some Old El Paso® Soft Flour Tortillas, Old El Paso® Traditional Refried Beans, and a little Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning. Make sure you have some cooking oil, tongs, and some aluminum foil.
Step 2
Make a few “taco molds” out of the aluminum foil. Be sure to make the bottom of the mold flat to keep the taco shell in an upright position when loading it up.
Step 3
Heat up some oil in the bottom of a fry pan.
Step 4
Place the tortillas wrapped “taco mold” into the grease and turn it around so as to brown it completely.
Step 5
Place your newly created shells on a plate.
Step 6
Brown your beef and stir in the Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning.
Step 7
Load your shells and get ready for a taco fiesta!
There are a million ways to spice up your taco night with Old El Paso®, just imagine how many different ways you can make them. Try adding unique toppings, having tacos for different occasions or find creative ways to prepare the main ingredients.
