Ever since I was a little girl I can remember my dad insisting that our meals include both meat AND potatoes. My mom would try to occasionally sneak in a meal with neither and although he would eat it, he would complain the entire time about not having meat and potatoes. It is amazing how, as we grow up we carry on those traditions in our own lives. Nearly every meal I make has meat and some sort of potato side dish and McCain brand potatoes have become our potato of choice.
McCain All Natural Potatoes
The main reason why McCain has become a staple in our home is because of their flavor. Since their products are made from all natural potatoes there isn’t any chemical taste and the texture is that of REAL potatoes. I too was raised on meat and taters but I don’t think I’ve ever had this brand. I think my kids would like the Smiles.
