Fall Favorite Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 can easy pumpkin pie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of Baker’s Secret loaf pans; set aside. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Store refrigerated in loaf pan or until ready to give for gift.
