Back to school means finding recipes that the kids love. It’s also a very busy time of the year and therefore I try to do my meal planning ahead of time so that when it comes time to cook there is little work to be done. Recently the local Orlando Target stores have started carrying some specific Farm Rich products that make my meal time planning a bit easier with great tasting food that can be made in a matter of minutes or what they like to call “Real-Life Good.” If you get a chance to sneak over there you’ll find some great REAL-LIFE “MOM HACKS” as well as some other great features. What’s my real-life “mom hack”?
Stuffed Meatloaf. That’s right, on weekends I prepare my special stuffed meatloaf featuring Farm Rich Breaded Mozzarella Sticks and freeze it for later in the week. All I have to do is take it out of the freezer the night before and pop it in the oven later the following day for the moistest, cheese-filled meatloaf you will ever try. The kids love that it’s filled with glorious cheesy goodness and I love making sure they are getting a great meal!
You can pick up all of the ingredients for this recipe, including Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks at select Target stores across Florida, including one of these four nearby stores in Orlando:
- 120 W Grant St, Orlando, FL, 32806
- 325 N Alafaya Trl, Orlando, FL 32828
- 2155 Town Center Blvd, Orlando, FL, 32837
- 4750 Millenia Plaza Way, Orlando, FL 32839
I bought mine at 4795 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746, just outside Orlando where you can now pick up these specific Farm Rich products including Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks (America’s #1 selling cheese stick), Mozzarella Bites, Bone-in Buffalo Chicken Wings or Boneless BBQ Chicken Bites. Although these products are great incorporated into recipes, they all make great snacks on their own for after a tough day at school or for the grown ups, and football games on Sunday!

I am not a big meatloaf fan as it was always just too much of a good thing (in this case, hamburger). However my son has been asking me to make it for a couple of months now. I think he would love this and I may just have to try it.
Meatloaf just isn’t a dish that we have in the UK so far as I’m aware – and every time I see one on the internet I want one! It looks delicious and I love that you stuffed this one. It looks too good to be true!
Oh my this is fall time comfort food elevated to the next level. It looks amazing and I can imagine the aroma from the kitchen would call everyone to dinner without a word!
We love meatloaf in our house- but adding mozzarella? That would really kick it up a notch! Thanks for the recipe!
You know I never liked meatloaf as a kid, but I had it in a diner once as an adult and it was really good. Stuffed with cheese, I bet this is amazing!
I love a good meatloaf. I can honestly say that I have never ever considered putting cheese in one though. That is really interesting and it looks delicious. I want to try this sometime.
I make mozzarella stuffed meatloaf all the time, however, I’ve never considered making it this easy! I always have to fight with the shredded mozzarella, seal it up as well as I can but still most oozes out…this is genius! Thank you for sharing!
What a unique idea! I’ve never heard of stuffed meatloaf before, especially not with mozzarella sticks. I love this idea. I’m in the Orlando area, so I will keep these in mind!
The stuffed meatloaf looks really tasty. It goes well with the breaded mozzarella stick.
This is such a great way to spice up meatloaf, which can be so dense and heavy. And I love Farm Rich moz sticks. So yummy.
This looks like a great meatloaf indeed that is easy to make. I just made meatloaf a couple of days ago too. I will have to try this recipe next week. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Wow this looks amazing.. I’ve cooked meatloaf before, but more of the traditional one. Im definitely gonna try this!
I never thought to prepare meatloaf this way. I love cheese and can honestly say I would love this recipe. I guess I will just have to stop into the Target store near me and see if they have the ingredients for this.
Oh I never thought to put mozzarella sticks inside of a meatloaf. It sounds like it would be a fantastic twist.
This is such a creative recipe, I love this it looks so yummy! Thanks so much for sharing this!
Cheese makes everything better! This is a really creative way to use cheesesticks!
I used to make meatloaf with mozzarella but the mozzarella stick idea is genius! I don’t know why I never thought of that. We haven’t had meatloaf in a while, so maybe I will make this for dinner.
I haven’t made meatloaf in forever! I’ll have to try this out with the cheese sticks. I bet its tasty!
