There is so much about this product and the system that I absolutely love! We come and go every day and it would be great to have a system that we could control while on the road. I thought I would check on my HVAC system before winter sets in. Apparently, this was a good idea because my system is broken. Neither the heat or the air is coming on. I don’t think this is a filter problem. Since that isn’t the case, I am not sure what is obstructing my HVAC system.
