It’s National Noodle Day – Are You Celebrating With P.F. Chang’s

Today marks National Noodle Day and in celebrations P.F. Chang’s Home Menu is hosting a Noodle Day Sweepstakes.  You can enter to win one of their VIP noodletasting kits, chef-quality skillets to prepare your meal, and a grand prize trip for two to spice up your weeknight in Las Vegas!  I’m hoping for the Las Vegas trip!

To celebrate National Noodle Day we tried the Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles and Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles.

The sauce was flavorful on the Garlic Chicken and the taste was not at all watery like a lot of frozen brands.  I would definitely purchase these again if I couldn’t make it to a P.F. Chang’s instead.  Out of the two this is the one that was my families favorite, but it wouldn’t be fair for me to tell you that without disclosing that no one in my family likes Pepper Steak anything…we just aren’t bell pepper fans.  The bell peppers in the Garlic Chicken meal were not over powering and we all picked around it.  I wish there would have been a bit more bok choy, but it was still yummy.

Try one of the four flavors for National Noodle Day today:

  • Garlic Chicken with Dan Dan Noodles – White meat chicken with a savory garlic sauce, bell peppers, bok choy and yakisoba noodles
  • Pepper Steak with Chow Fun Noodles – Steak with a sweet and peppery sauce, bell peppers, onions and chow fun noodles
  • Grilled Chicken Teriyaki with Lo Mein Noodles – Grilled chicken with a teriyaki sauce, pineapple, red bell peppers, onions and lo mein noodles
  • Firecracker Shrimp with Yakisoba Noodles – Lightly battered shrimp with spicy sauce, carrots, edamame, onions and yakisoba noodles
Make sure to check out the Noodle Day Sweepstakes, the first 20,000 get a $3 OFF Coupon for P.F. Chang’s!
Disclosure:  This Noodle Day post was sponsored by P.F. Chang’s and I was compensated for this post either monetarily or with product.
