Healthy Choice recently teamed up with Top Chef chefs and released eight (8) new Top Chef Inspired Café Steamers. The all-star lineup of bold, modern and exciting flavors include food that is both healthy and delicious.  I know because I got to try a couple of the new dishes.  I loved the fact that they included ingredients such as asparagus, roasted garlic and grilled eggplant – all favorites of mine that do well in a frozen entree.  The unique steaming technology separates the sauce from the rest of the entrée to steam the meal in the microwave, allowing for crisp vegetables, tender meats and al dente pastas.  If you haven’t checked out one of the steamers you will be nicely surprised.  No longer does the pasta taste like watered down frozen mush.  The new technology of steaming makes it taste freshly cooked.
