Who is that person in your family that goes above and beyond to promote heroic habits? If you were to ask me that question, I would have to put my mother at the top of the list. This woman has been teaching people how to exercise and eat right for as long as I’ve known her. If she isn’t teaching some sort of exercise class you can find her in her office at Energy and Anatomy Therapeutic Massage. My mom is a health hero to the core and there is no denying it.

My whole life she instilled in me the value of good hygiene, nutrition, and exercise. While I am just a shadow in comparison, I try to give the same values (in my own way of course) to my family! The heroic habit I’m focusing on right now is promoting exceptional oral healthcare.
