Why It’s Great to Live in Florida Near The Waterway

It’s no secret that Florida is home to plenty of beautiful waterfront properties. In fact, if you’re planning to move or get a second home in Florida, you probably should consider getting a place right on the waterway.

Homes along the Floridian waterway have a homey feel. Much of these buildings reside on the stretch of coasts that plague the sunny state. Whether pine tree or palm tree, there’s nothing else better than standing on your waterfront property and seeing the coastline creep up in your view.

Even realtors say retirees and second home buyers love the beautiful sprawling coastline that you can see from the front or back of a waterfront property. Not only that, their popularity makes them incredibly valuable investments, worthy of anyone who wants to build a nest egg off a strongly appreciating property.

So, why is it great to live on the waterway? Those reasons alone are why it’s great to live and invest along the Florida waterway and it’s no secret that we love Fort Lauderdale, but for now we will just have to stay at the Courtyard Fort Lauderdale.
