College and professional football have a lot of traditions that fans like my husband and sons are always participating in. Some traditions connect them with their favorite teams while others bring us closer together as a family. As part of their pregame ritual, you will often find the men in my household scrambling to get chores done. This usually starts at the crack of dawn as they crank up the mower and lawn equipment and ends with scrubbing toilets. My guys try to get everything done so that by game time, all that’s left is to sit back and enjoy themselves.
I love it when they get things done so I try to do all I can to encourage their efforts by getting them everything they need so they are fully equipped when they need it most. In doing so I’ve kind of developed a pregame ritual of my own. I pick up things like cleaning supplies, soap, deodorant, food, and beverages at Sam’s Club, so they have what they need in bulk. In this respect, you can never have too much of a good thing.
To save time I like to place orders online using the Club Pickup feature from Sam’s Club. That way they’ll have everything ready when I get there. When I do shop in- store, I’m all about Scan and Go. There’s no better way to beat the lines. I just scan items as I shop, pay directly from the app, and show my receipt on the way out. It doesn’t get more convenient than that.
Arming my men with the right personal care products helps them to feel fresh going into gameday and confident enough to kick back and relax without having to worry about stinking up the furniture. I buy them products like AXE, Degree, and Dove Men+Care because they’re really the only things that work. My all-stars require all-star Unilever brands like those to keep them smelling and feeling like champs. Buying club-sized packs ensures they have enough to for the entire season to take care of your turf.
When it comes to getting ready for game day, there’s no place like Sam’s Club. I like to shop big in order to save big and reduce trips to the store. I try to buy everything in bulk so that our house is always stocked with what we need before the game. It helps our home run more efficiently and gives my husband and me more time to cook, eat, and enjoy football!
