Get Your Blood Pumping with the Exciting Subaru Legacy

I love our old family vehicle. It’s provided my family and I with memories that we’ll cherish for years to come. It’s also been reliable, a big plus in my book when it comes to getting me from point A to point B. As much as I love our old vehicle, there is just something about the look and feel of a new vehicle that gets my blood pumping. Maybe it’s the new car smell or maybe it’s all the latest and greatest features that come with a new vehicle but whatever it is I can’t get enough of it. I adore test-driving new models, so, when I was given the opportunity to take one for a spin recently, I couldn’t pass it up.

2015 Fun Family Vehicle Subaru Legacy

For years I have heard nothing but great things about Subaru’s. The first car I ever bought from a dealer was a Subaru back in the 80s. I loved that car wagon, but unfortunately, it got wrecked and I had to get rid of it years later. Built to last, these cars are exceptional, especially if you’re using them as a multi-generational vehicle. According to ALG, the Subaru Legacy maintains its value longer than any other vehicle in the midsize segment. With as much wear and tear as vehicles undergo during the time they’re used, being able to hold up through it all is just icing on top of the cake.

The new 2015 Subaru Legacy sedan is even better than ever. So many vehicles start to deteriorate under normal wear and tear but the Subaru handles day to day driving and everything that comes with it like a true champion. It’s also one of the safest vehicles on the market today. Each Subaru vehicle is equipped with optional EyeSight technology that has enabled them to receive the highest possible rating for front crash prevention from IIHS. That’s just one more big plus when it comes to finding the perfect vehicle for yourself or your family.

Features of the Subaru Legacy include but aren’t limited to:

  • Available in both 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder.

  • Gets an estimated 26 mpg city / 36 mpg highway.

  • Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. All models use Active Torque Split version of Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, which employs an electronically managed continuously variable transfer clutch to actively control torque distribution.

  • 10% improvement in aerodynamic efficiency contributes to lower fuel consumption.

  • Includes the Active Grille Shutter System which helps to improve fuel economy by reducing wind resistance when closed.

  • Standard Halogen Low-Beam headlights.

  • Turn Signal Exterior Mirrors.

  • New High End Audio System. Combines a 576 watt equivalent AM/FM/HD Radio System.

  • New Front Seat Cushion Airbags that deploy from the seat bottom to help keep occupants in place in a frontal collision.

  • New Rear Radar System that includes Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist and Rear Cross Traffic Alert.

  •  Rear View Camera.

  • Power Windows with driver’s auto-up/down with pinch protection.

When browsing the market for a new car we all have our specific needs and desires. As long as my vehicle can get me to and from one destination to the other and has a working radio, I’m usually pretty happy but all the included features of the Subaru Legacy were so much fun to discover. Of course, there are a ton of great features that I didn’t mention, so, if you’re in the market for a new vehicle, then I would definitely suggest checking out a Subaru Legacy so you can discover the rest for yourself.
