FlightHub Presents: A night at Bota Bota Spa in Montreal

Work and wellness are the two “W’s” that never seem to want to cooperate with one another no matter how hard you try. While trying to fix one, you lose the other and so goes the cycle of stress, anxiety and unhealthy habits. FlightHub knows that sometimes you just need a break from it all, but it’s hard to justify spending money on ourselves when there are so many other expenses to look after. FlightHub Review thinks that the perfect remedy to this ‘Work and Wellness’ balance is to spend an evening at the Bota Bota Spa in Montreal. Take the time to relax and focus on yourself, all the while not breaking the bank.

Bota Bota Spa is located in the Old Port of Montreal, a picturesque tourist area that was once a thriving and busy commercial port. Walk down the cobblestone streets and take in the beautiful city as the night begins to fall. What makes Bota Bota unique is that it’s truly a floating spa, permanently docked at the port. Offering a full range of massages, pedicures, manicures and more, Bota Bota’s most attractive feature is its water circuit. It’s also the spa’s most affordable option, due to its flexibility in times.

Begin your journey at the front desk as you’re greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, who’ll provide you with the fluffiest robes and a waterproof wrist lock to keep your valuables safe. As you descend below deck, change into the swimsuit that you brought and make your way back up the observation deck. FlightHub suggests beginning your relaxation in the hot sauna as you prepare both body and mind for the rest you need. Now, shock the senses and get in to the cold tub to release the built-up tension and close your pores. Finally, stretch out on one of Bota Bota’s lounge chairs and relax. FlightHub encourages spa-goers to repeat the circuit at least three times in order to enjoy maximum benefits, but this is an unlimited service provided by the spa, so enjoy it!

FlightHub believes this is the best deal for your money as the water circuit combines many health benefits, all the while maintaining affordability. The water circuit is meant to remove toxins, improve circulation and most importantly releases stress and tension.

From Monday to Thursday rates for the water circuit are as little as $35 per person, making this an affordable and accessible option for those unsure about taking the time to de-stress. FlightHub suggests going during the evening, as the spa is open until 10:00pm and the view of the city is unbelievable. Remember to enjoy your stay, and that Work and Wellness must be balanced, no matter how busy our lives can get, so enjoy!
