Homemade Chicken Soup

If you are feeling down and you need a quick, homemade chicken soup try this recipe.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of canned chicken breast

1 Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Simply Stock

1/4 cup cooked vermicelli

1/8 cup canned carrots

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1/2 tablespoon chopped celery

olive oil

Directions

In a small pan fry onion and celery in olive oil until opaque in color.  Add chicken stock and remaining ingredients until heated.  Makes 2 cups of homemade chicken soup for the soul!
