Once Thanksgiving is over I’m generally over fowl. Seriously, the last of the turkey soup just went into the freezer earlier this week and if I don’t see another bird until Christmas I’ll be happy. So now is the time for that other white meat, pork. Preparing meals for holiday parties this time of the year calls for creativity and that’s why BBQ Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin is one of our go-to meals. Of course we use Smithfield All Natural Fresh Pork because it’s got no steroids/hormones or artificial ingredients and you can feel good serving it. I think it’s equally important that the animals are raised in the USA and they meet the USDA Process Verified standard. I know that every time I make this my meat will be moist and flavorful so I never have to worry when serving it during the holiday season.
I shared one of our family favorite recipes, Rosemary Apricot Pork Chops last month featuring the Smithfield All Natural Fresh Pork cutlets and chops and it’s always a hit too. Be sure to check out that recipe as well and remember, it’s going to taste so much better if you use Smithfield All Nature Fresh Pork! I can stand behind a company that demonstrates compassion by providing jobs for the community, supporting national and local causes, and partnering and supporting regional farm families across the country. Afterall, isn’t that what the holidays are about? Giving back and supporting our neighbors?
Enjoy this quick and easy recipe!
