Why You Need Yummly

Yummly was started in 2010 when its founder realized there was not a way to search recipes and exclude mustard.  This hatred of mustard has led to one of the fastest growing food sites on the web.

Search recipe collections based on what you have on hand or even by what you don’t want to include in the recipe.  No need to scour the internet or flip through multiple cookbooks to find a recipe. You will always find the right recipe the first time using Yummly’s unique search filters such as ingredients, taste preferences, diet restrictions, nutrition, cuisines, and even courses.

I am happy to announce I am a new publisher on Yummly.   What does that mean for you?

Simply put it means you can follow me on Yummly and save any of my recipes that you want to try.  Just head over to my Yummly profile, and take a look at some of the recipes I have over there.  See one you like and want to try?  Just hit the little round button that says YUM, select the category you want to save it in, and just like that, the recipe is available to you anytime you want to use it.

One of my favorite recipes on Yummly is this Egg, Bacon, and Cheese stuffed Avocado Birdnests.   Nothing is better than eggs and bacon for breakfast, add in some avocado and you have a delicious but yet good for you breakfast that will help keep you full till lunch.

Trying to watch your starch intake?  Mock Mashed Potatoes are a perfect way to get the same smooth and creamy texture you love in mashed potatoes but with a healthy dose of cauliflower instead of potatoes.

Like either of these recipes?  Just hit the Yum button and save it for future use.

Now what if you are surfing the web and come across a recipe on another site that you like?  If only there was another way to save that recipe for future use.
