Dinner on the Fly: Tyson Stuffed Mini Bread Bowls $500 CASH Giveaway

I am a firm believer of preparing well balanced, delicious meals for my family.  If you take a look at my some of the recipes I’ve created you’ll see that I’m not afraid to step into the kitchen.  The downside to that is my family has a certain expectation of what good food is supposed to taste like.  For me that means I can’t serve them just anything out of the frozen section in the grocery store. Now Tyson has come out with Tyson Stuffed Mini Bread Bowls allowing busy moms on the go, like me, a break from the kitchen.

I’m probably no different from any on of you reading this post.  I’m a busy mom who always has something to do and since I work at home it is sometimes perceived by others that I have even more time to take on other responsibilities that normally wouldn’t tasked to someone working outside of the house.

Want a glimpse into a typical day for me?

6 am: Alarm! Time to get up, turn on the coffeemaker, and find my youngest son’s clothes for school and my husband’s work clothes for the day.

6:15 am: Make lunches and start making breakfast for everyone.

6:45 am: Wake up my son, make sure he takes his medicine, and after he gets dressed help him with his hair.

7 am: While everyone is eating I sneak away to see what has happened during the night.  A quick glance at Google News, catch up on Facebook timeline from the previous day, and scroll through Hootsuite.

7:30 am: Get everyone all their stuff and out the door.

8 am: Clean up messes, dishes, etc.

8:15 am to 4 pm: Go through emails, participate in conference calls, write posts, send out proposals, check in with clients, Tweet, FB, Pinterest, and every other thing you could imagine.

Note: Last month I received over 5,500 emails and responded to over 500.

4 pm: Meet my son from the bus, go over his day, sign agenda, help him with homework and make a snack.

5 pm: Start dinner.

5:30 pm to 7 pm: Dinner and family time.

7:30 pm: Prepare for evening Twitter Parties or other West Coast business.

8:30 pm: Try to get away from the computer for a bit of me time. I also use this time to get laundry done, clean, etc.

Bed time for me comes right around 11 pm.  Keep in mind this is a normal day with no errands and no after school obligations.  This is what I consider a slow day.

I found using the Tyson Mini Bread Bowls for either breakfast (Egg Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Bread Bowls) or for dinner (Chicken Bacon Club Stuffed Mini Bread Bowls) has saved me a lot of time in my already full day.  Tyson Goodness to Go!
