Tough Stain Remover Tips & Tricks featuring OxiClean Versatile Stain Removal Powder

My new, awesome Whirlpool Duet has the most convenient cycle that pre-soaks for tough stains – but the cycle wouldn’t do me any good if it weren’t for the New & Improved OxiClean.   I’ve been using OxiClean for almost 6 months now and I can attest to it’s ability to tackle tough stains.  My husband is an automotive technician and he comes home with the dirtiest clothes ever with caked on grease, oil, and grime.

A very small amount of OxiClean gets added into the washer every time I wash his uniform….it’s that easy.

I set the washer to pre-soak and treat the stains….

And after I iron it for the next day it looks good as new…

OxiClean® Versatile Stain Remover Powder has some great laundry tips & tricks on their site and you can even download a coupon for $1.50 off.  Need to know how to get a tough stain out?  Use the interactive stain removal guide in the sidebar of their site – pick your stain and your fabric and find out how to treat it.  I used it this weekend for a horrible blood stain that got into a hand towel (don’t ask)…and it got out all the blood.

What is your toughest stain in your house?

  1. Finally there’s a solution for stains that we thought will never be removed.

  2. Does this Oxi Clean really works well? I thought that bleach is more powerful to remove tough stains. well I guess I am wrong. This can be the best solution in removing stains.

  3. Is this the real deal? I have often been pouring a heavy to the nose smell acid to get off stain from white clothes but I guess this may be of help now.
