My favorite was the Banana Nut Bread, warmed in the toaster oven.  It was as good as fresh baked bread, but much easier and quicker.  I eat them around 10 am to hold me over until lunch each day.  My boys have them at night as a snack or dessert.  Hubby prefers the Cinnamon Pecan Bread and he likes his warmed in the microwave with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Not only were the bars moist and flavorful, but they were packed full of nuts and fruit. Some other ways we incorporated Quaker Soft Baked Bars into our life?  We brought them along on our recent vacation to Florida.  They were easy to carry and eat in the car, at the beach, and in the hotel.  We ate them as dessert, topped with vanilla ice cream and we plan on putting them in my son’s lunch box next year when school starts.
