Fresh From Florida Blueberry Parfait

This post was sponsored by Fresh From Florida as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central, however all opinions expressed are my own.

What I enjoy most about living in Florida is the weather. We have some of the mildest winters in the country and tons of sunshine. Our climate keeps Florida Farmers busy growing produce and catching seafood year round. Right now blueberries are in season and I cant seem to get enough of them. There’s no better way to enjoy a sultry summer day than with a blueberry parfait. If you don’t believe me just try one for yourself. Fresh From Florida blueberries and yogurt go together like me and happiness.

Grab a cup, scoop out a handful of blueberries and top it off with low-fat yogurt, granola, and a few more blueberries. This healthy snack is an excellent source of protein, probiotics, fiber, and antioxidants. Parfaits are perfect for mid-morning or evening snacks, meal replacements, and even desserts. Because it’s healthy, you can enjoy one almost anytime!

Blueberries are one of my favorite fruits. I enjoy them sprinkled over the top of my cereal, in pies, and literally eat them by the fistful. You don’t have to cut them and are ready to eat as soon as you rinse them off. Fresh From Florida blueberries are by far my favorite. I can certainly taste the difference. That’s why I think they are the perfect ingredient when making fruit recipes. They go with just about everything.
