My Routine for Beautiful Confidence with Cottonelle
This summer I’ve implemented a routine to help me stay confident. Not only have I cut back on sugars and soda, but I’ve incorporated a lot more water into my diet. Also, at least one meal a day now consists of a healthy salad with grilled chicken or shrimp. I’ve also started walking and now that the weather is perfect I’ll incorporate some swimming in there as well. All of these things I do to maintain my confidence and I encourage you to find the things that work for you!
