I finally got Slimed at Nickelodeon Suites Resort

I finally got Slimed at Nickelodeon Suites Resort, it just took 34 years.  When I was a kid I always wanted to stay at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort and get Slimed on national TV and compete with my family on Double Dare. It may have taken a bit longer than I would have liked but in one short vacation I was able to cross all of those off my list and oh yeah the kid’s lists too! Whether it was on their list or not they were in for the treat of a lifetime!

Nickelodeon Suites Resort invited our family to experience Let It Snow. We enjoyed character breakfasts with the SpongeBob Crew and even the Ninja Turtles AND all your favorites from Dora the Explorer! Lunches and dinner were either buffet style or in the food court. There are plenty of food options as you can work up quite the appetite gaming in the arcade, swimming in the pools, playing at the water park, miniature golf, ping pong, basketball, or even watching 4D movies. Believe it or not all of this is going on under one roof!

The rooms are spacious and themed, with the whole resort focused on “kid stuff.” There are tons of activities that will leave your kids feeling like “THEY” actually got a vacation.  Breakfasts were amazing and the kids loved hanging out with all the characters. You never know what character you will run into next as characters make regularly scheduled appearances throughout the day! Around lunch or dinner, when the kids were busy interacting with the characters and getting pictures taken us adults got to eat all the crab legs we could eat on the buffet! They had a little something up there for everybody!

The game room saw a lot of our youngest and had games for kids of all ages, even air hockey! We must have played miniature golf for half a day and had a great time shooting hoops! There is always something to do but just make sure you don’t miss slime time! It’s kind of hard to miss the daily sliming at the water park (with the sirens, hoopla, megaphones and all but…… All it takes is one poorly timed potty break!

The kids just loved watching movies on the big screen out at the pool at night and went to bed tired which is great for us parents! Thanks to our oldest babysitting we were able to sneak out a few times and have a few drinks at the bar. The atmosphere was so fun and friendly!

Nickelodeon Suites Resort can be a vacation on its own but if you have a bit more in mind they are located within the midst of everything happening in Orlando. You can always find transportation to theme parks or wherever else you want to go. Treat your children to a resort that is made just for them!
