The Power of the Everyday Effect featuring Morty and Lee Kaufman

I’m not sure where P&G found this couple, but I sure wish they were members of my family.  Heck, I wish they were me…lol.  The story of Morty and Lee made me tear up.  Call me sentimental but isn’t this how love and life are supposed to be?

After 44 years of marriage this 90 year old couple can now start enjoying life and spend less time cleaning.  The fact that Lee cleaned using one of those old mops and dusters just blew my mind and I loved that Morty admitted he didn’t clean anything.  Didn’t you just love how she sat there shaking her head in agreement?  LOL  What a cute couple.  I admire that they are entertaining friends and enjoying their golden years.  Do you have golden year goals?

My Golden Year Goals

I keep saying that I’m going to create a bucket list, but I keep putting it off.  Here are the three top things I hope to do in my Golden Years:

Travel. One of the things I hope to enjoy when I’m older is traveling.  I absolutely love to travel and experience different cultures so I will definitely try to get to as many countries as I can.

Education. I plan on taking advantage of FREE registration and going back to school for my PhD.  Keeping my brain active is important.

Family. I hope to spend a lot of my time snuggling with my grandchildren and spending time with my boys and their families.  I want to have the house that everyone wants to come hang out…..
