I spend a lot of time in my kitchen, especially around the holidays. If I had to pick one room in my house that mattered most to me it would be my kitchen. The kitchen is the one room in the house where the family can gather and chit-chat with no distractions. I remember when I was little my mom sitting at the small table in the kitchen while I experimented making things like salsa from all the fresh veggies from our garden. We would turn on the radio, talk, and sing our favorite songs as the came on the air. I can also remember hanging out with my grandma in her kitchen as she cooked dinner and baked cakes. Some of my most fondest memories of growing up happened in the kitchen.
Unfortunately our kitchen right now doesn’t have all the things I wish it did. I would love an island where my family could gather around while I cook. So what are some of the things the KitchenAid Range has to offer?
First off, the Even-Heat™ technology would be great so that I could stop burning the things in the back of the oven because it cooks more evenly. The slide-in downdraft range option on the electric and dual fuel ranges gives more ways to cook and would really open up my menu choices. There is even an exclusive steam rack and steam bake option that would be fun to try out. Perfect for holiday cooking is the baking drawer, a great flexibility that keeps dishes warm, or to slow cook or just to add another dish that needs a separate temperature from the main oven. These are all wonderful features that I think would make cooking even more enjoyable.
The French Door Refrigeration configuration gives you more options and more possibilities. I love that there are five doors because if you have ever been to our house you know my refrigerator is far from being organized and I live with 3 blind males who can’t seem to find anything. This should be perfect and make it easier for them and the undershelf lighting makes it easier to see in the back as well. Finally, the 36” French Door Bottom Mount Built-in Refrigerator expands their offering with a platinum interior design which looks super sleek in my opinion.
