Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen Makes Everything Better

When you are in the mood for feel-good food Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen has what you crave. Everything at Cheddar’s is made from scratch and 20 entrees on the menu are priced under $10. The appetizers are great, cocktails are amazing, and each is hand crafted which makes everything on the menu taste fantastic. The food, atmosphere, and price put a smile on my face each and every visit. If you haven’t been in a while or you’ve never dined at Cheddar’s you should really check them out. They are always adding new items to the menu and they have some of the best ribs in town.

The spinach dip is incredible, and the honey butter croissants are to die for. You can find low-calorie items on the menu, salads, wraps, and dine on the lighter side or you can sink your teeth into a juicy steak. The choice is yours. I’ve got to warn you about the ribs though. One bite and you’ll probably be hooked for life. The seasoning is phenomenal, and the meat is so tender it falls right off the bone and the outside is charred just enough to make them taste like magic.

Cheddars Scratch Kitchen offers handcrafted lemonades, a variety of fresh brewed iced teas, and amazing cocktails. My old favorite was El Patron but now I’m all about the Cheddar’s Painkiller. The drink itself is stout and delicious. I love the Pusser’s rum and toasted coconut on the rim. It’s an amazing combination and something you should try at least once whether you like rum or not. Just be sure to save room for dessert.

All Cheddar’s desserts are made by hand from scratch using quality ingredients. Dessert minis are perfect for when you just want a bite or two of something delicious. Cheddar’s Legendary Monster Cookie can satisfy even the most voracious sweet tooth, but we decided to dive into this glorious chocolate delight on our visit.

Whether you’re in the mood for ribs, steak, fish, or an incredible pot pie, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen has what you crave and then some. Everything is made to order and prepared the way it’s supposed to be which makes every item taste its absolute best. Drop by and pay a visit and see what the fuss is all about. Every Cheddars location I’ve ever visited is always busy but we never have to wait long. The place always seems to run like a well-oiled machine. That’s why its one of my favorite restaurants in town.
