Brita® Back to College finds at Target #BritaBackToCollege
It’s that time of the year and getting everything we needed for the boys was so much easier this year. I lucked out and got my youngest school uniforms all on tax-free weekend for less than $100, found all his school supplies around the house left over from last year, but the Back to College items I found were just as simple because we found them all at Target! So, what’s the best Back to College purchase you made this year?
Why you ask?
Did you know the Brita® filtration systems reduce impurities from tap water? The way I look at that is my college student is healthier drinking great-tasting drinking water instead of sugary sodas and it’s definitely MUCH better than drinking alcohol or beer (seeing as he is old enough to do that). There is just something about being well hydrated that makes you feel better and gives you more energy. I know that for me personally I feel horrible when I’m dehydrated.
Another great reason why Brita® is our favorite Back to College purchase at Target is because Brita® pitchers and water bottles are a great way for college students to save money. Purchasing bottles of water can be very expensive and let’s face it, no one drinks from the tap anymore.
Educating my college student to be more conscientious of his environmental footprint is important to me. Knowing that just one Brita® filter equals up to 300 plastic bottles of water makes me feel like I’m doing my job as a mother helping him reduce waste for the environment!
Having bought the 6-cup Brita®Space Saver I know he will have enough water for his water enhanced drinks, coffee, tea, and of course his ramen. He can use his personal sized Hard-Sided Water Bottle (23.7 oz.) during his day because it’s really handy on the go.
Our back to school hauls were great and we found everything we needed available at Target. We even got his Brita® filters, Glad Trash Bags (he is a boy!), and Glad Food Storage Containers (which he uses primarily for ramen).
My son could really use a Brita Ultramax Dispenser.
That Brita water bottle looks and sounds awesome. 300 uses? Almost a water bottle a day for a year.
