Summertime is the busiest time of the year in our household. More clothes are dirtied, dirt gets tracked in the house, more dishes are washed, and cleanup is a full time job in itself. When it comes to washing work clothes, I can’t afford to have an oops moment. That is why I order my essential P&G products online at www.walmart.com  and stock up on the items we use most frequently.

Just the other day, I decided it was time to clean out the refrigerator. We must have had at least a few months of raunchy leftovers to discard of and a couple loads of Tupperware to wash. Cleaning went like a breeze but as I went to load the last of the dishes, I noticed I was out of dish tabs. For me, having a sink full of dirty dishes really throws a wrench into my dinner plans. I just can’t cook in a dirty kitchen so I decided to ransom dinner for dish tabs and send hubby to the store. Late work night or not, sometimes it just “be’s like that”. This oops moment could have been completely avoided if only I had realized my stash of Cascade was running low. Oh well.

I don’t know about you but in our house, we go through a lot of paper towels. They really come in handy for cleaning up those little spills and wiping up the aftermath of mealtime. When I run out of paper towels the kitchen really shows it. Running out of paper towels while entertaining friends and family is my idea of a complete nightmare. That is why I always keep an extra bundle of Bounty in the closet right next to the Swiffer juice, you know for emergencies.

During the week, work and school clothes keep the washer running regularly. On the weekend with all there is to do in the summertime in Florida, our washer puts in some real overtime. When you work hard and play hard like we do, you can really put a hurting on laundry detergent.  Running out at any time in our household can lead to a serious laundry backup. I don’t know about you but I hate folding multiple loads at once. That is why I do everything in my power to stay on top of my laundry situation and stockpile Tide like a hoarder.
