A Good Night’s Sleep Begins With Your Pillow

I’m very particular about how I sleep.  I do not like having the television on when I sleep and if I have to suffer with it I wear earplugs.  I like my room temperature COLD.  I do not like having my blankets tucked in and I can’t stand using a top sheet.  I could go on forever, but what this all boils down to is that I am VERY picky about everything sleep related.  Maybe it is because I suffer from two sleep disorders – sleep apnea and excessive daytime sleepiness (a mild form of narcolepsy).

I am a firm believer that a good night’s sleep begins with your pillow.  I have used the same type of pillows all my life.  I sleep on a aerated foam pillow and I hug a goose-down pillow (aka my “hug pillow”).  I even bring my pillows on vacation with me when I drive somewhere and if there is room in my suitcase I bring them when I fly as well.  Needless to say I was very pleased with the Nature’s Sleep Aerated ViscoLite Memory Foam Jumbo Pillow I recently got as part of my #NSAmbassador program.  It’s important to me that the pillow I lay my head on molds to form, supporting my head without torquing my neck in some uncomfortable position.  The Aerated ViscoLite Memory Foam pillow was the perfect height for my side/stomach, knee hiked position.
